Summer Lovin

Here is me and my Moo Bear. I sure do love that kid. She says the funniest things like "that shirt is gorgeous" or about anything (ie apple) "It's actually pretty good" She tell the 4th of July sprinklers incident story all the time - when we sat down to watch the fireworks and the sprinklers "shot up and went 'chit chit chit' and sprayed us and we got all wet" She is a wild child that LOVES to move and discover. As frustrating as that is most of the time....I hope she stays that way. She LOVES to be outside now matter when or what the weather is like. She hates tomatoes, does her 5 chores everyday. and is growing faster that I could possibly fathom.
Here is my Grant. He is starting to eat cereal now. He does NOT like to sit in the highchair and eat. He wants to be held when he eats. He is getting the hang of it and hopefully takes to the chair. He weighed in at 16.0 pounds on his 4 month apt and was 25 1/2 inches long which puts him in the 70% percentile for both. He is now 5 months old. He rolls front to back and back to front and can scoot. He is a pretty mellow kid that likes to watch everything around him. He semi sleeps through the night. He squirms 1 or 2 times want me to feed him (which I do) be he never wakes up to eat. He always sleep eats.
Yes blog world....I actually put this up on the internet......it is my mask face. I keep my beautiful skin beautiful by a regimen of skin care practices and this is one of them. Once a week I use a mask and Madi has been pleading with me for a while now to use it and tonight I we did all the steps together from brushing and flossing our teeth to moisturizing. I had tons of fun being a girl with my Moo Bear....who is currently wearing blue toe and nail polish.
Yep, Madi's shirt is on backward in the photo......she dresses herself and wanted it that way this day. Here my babes are helping me bake.
Come on .....How cute is he!!!!!!!

Thanks for visiting my little family. My pride and joy, the loves of my life (Jason too :-) ). Me, I am well. Just trying to juggle everything all the time....you know, like all moms do. Usually my house isn't as clean as I would like it, or I don't get to do all the things I set out to on my list....but I am pretty damn lucky..... I have a loving loyal husband who still thinks I am sexy even after two kids, and I have two AMAZING babes that always fill my heart even when they drain my patience, and a cozy little house and a dang dog that digs in the garden but kisses me always. I am healthy and I bought a killer bottle of red wine today that I am enjoying right now.

To my friend and family....God Bless.
